Due to the social distancing guidelines throughout BC, communities are postponing Canada Day festivities.
Once the Provincial Health Organization feels the pandemic is under control in BC, and social events are up and running, we will be happy to keep people in the loop as to where and when fireworks displays will be taking place.

About our fireworks company
AFA Fireworks is a local fireworks company based on Vancouver Island.
We have been providing fireworks for Weddings, Birthdays, Holidays, Celebrations of Life, and Corporate Events since 1997.
Depending on the year, our company has provided 6-14 fireworks shows a year since we started up. With our company becoming more well known, that number has been growing. In the last few years we have been entertaining up to 3 different communities on Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast on Canada Day. Our combination of creative ideas, imagination, and well trained technical supervisors makes each of our fireworks shows memorable.
Being local to Vancouver Island has its advantages when hiring us for a fireworks display. We provide personal service, meeting with our clients in person before the show, discussing ideas and different options to make it easier for the client. We don't sub-contract the shows to other companies, that's just part of the pride we take in providing great displays. That personal service is what makes organizing your event less worrisome, it gives the client the time to sit back and enjoy the event and take in the show.
One big advantage is that we're are local to Vancouver Island, travel costs are reduced, ferry costs are non-existent, this means your budget has more "bang for your buck."
